Kitchens > Callaghan Project

Featuring strong visual lines and a high contrast in color, this kitchen remodel in New Jersey showcases the reserved side of custom cabinetry. The perimeter is done in a painted white finish with the island cabinetry offset in black paint. The door design showcases the timelessness of simple raised panel doors and drawers. Their strong horizontal lines act as a visual invitation, drawing the eye into the space. Custom features abound in the three level island including wainscoting, built-in appliances, and two end bookcases. The perimeter features built-in appliances including a wine storage unit and a professional series range flanked by custom pilaster legs and a pot filler fixture in the backsplash. Other features found throughout the kitchen include a farm or apron style sink, custom wood hood, and appliance garage. The sideboard is an exercise in understated design featuring six lite mullion doors with antiqued glass, stacked crown moldings, and paneled pilasters, corbels, and backsplash. Just off the main kitchen area is a mudroom with storage space for each family member’s belongings. A room like this illustrates how flexible our cabinetry line is for any room or function.

  • In an age when it is difficult to find companies who do quality work, you are fortunate enough to have a staff of true craftsmen. We could not be happier with all aspects of the work.
